Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Pinfluencing.com (“Pinfluence,” “we,” “us,” or “our“) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit Pinfluencing.com or use the Pinfluence Discover and Pinfluence Intel applications, memberships, or any related services (collectively, the “Services“).
We treat privacy as a baseline operating principle, not a compliance afterthought. Where this Policy says we “may” do something with your data, we mean it as a description of what’s permitted under your subscription, not what we routinely do.
1. Who we are
Pinfluencing.com is a New York limited liability company. Our public-facing brand is “Pinfluence.” Our products are Pinfluence Discover (keyword research SaaS), Pinfluence Intel (analytics preservation SaaS), and the Pinfluence membership tiers (The Huddle, The Inner Huddle).
For privacy questions or to exercise your rights under this Policy, contact us at info@pinfluencing.com.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us directly
- Account information. Name, email address, password (hashed), business name (if provided), and any profile information you fill in.
- Payment information. When you subscribe, you submit payment details to our payment processor (ThriveCart, which uses Stripe and/or PayPal). We do not store your full credit card or bank account details on our servers. We store a record of your subscription, billing status, and the last four digits of your payment method as provided by ThriveCart.
- Communications. Messages you send us through the contact form, email, or community channels.
- Pinterest® analytics CSV uploads (Intel users). When you upload a CSV to Pinfluence Intel, we collect the data in that CSV: pin URLs, board names, impressions, clicks, saves, dates, and other fields included in your Pinterest export.
2.2 Information we collect automatically when you use the Services
- Usage data. Pages visited, features used, queries run, timestamps, browser and device information.
- Server logs. IP addresses, request URLs, user-agent strings, referrers, response codes. Logs are retained for operational and security purposes and are auto-rotated.
- Cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Notice for details.
2.3 Information we collect from public Pinterest data
Pinfluence Discover collects publicly available Pinterest data through automated public-data collection. This data is not associated with you unless you specifically interact with it (search a keyword, track a domain, generate a Keyword Insight). The public-corpus data we collect is described in the Pinfluence Discover Terms of Service and the Pinfluence Intel Terms of Service.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Generate analytics, reports, trend lines, and insights you’ve requested
- Detect potential stolen-pin matches (Intel)
- Communicate with you (account notifications, support replies, renewal reminders, billing receipts, occasional product updates)
- Send marketing emails IF you’ve subscribed to our email list (unsubscribe in one click, every email)
- Run our affiliate program (if you participate)
- Comply with legal obligations
- Protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent your personal information.
4. Anonymized aggregate research
We may use anonymized and aggregated data derived from user-uploaded CSVs and Service usage to:
- Publish Pinterest research articles on Pinfluencing.com or elsewhere
- Identify patterns in Pinterest behavior, ranking, and engagement
- Improve and develop new features
- Train internal computational models (not generative AI)
Anonymized means individual users, accounts, pin URLs, and other identifying details cannot be determined from any published research. We aggregate at the level of patterns, trends, and statistical signals, not individual accounts.
If you object to your data being used in this anonymized form even with full anonymization, contact us at info@pinfluencing.com to opt out.
5. How we share information
We share information only as described here:
5.1 Subprocessors
We use a small number of third-party service providers (“subprocessors”) to operate the Services. As of the Last Updated date, our subprocessors are:

If we add or change subprocessors, we’ll update this Privacy Policy and post the updated effective date.
5.2 Legal compliance
We may share information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request. We may also share information to investigate fraud, security incidents, or violations of our Terms.
5.3 Business transfers
If Pinfluence is acquired, merges, or transfers substantially all of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you and any new entity will be bound by terms no less protective than this Policy.
5.4 With your consent
We may share information for other purposes with your explicit consent.
