Terms of Service
Welcome to Pinfluence. These Terms of Service (the “Terms“) are a legal agreement between you and Pinfluencing.com (“Pinfluence,” “we,” “us,” or “our“), and they govern your access to and use of:
- The Pinfluencing.com website and any of its subdomains
- The Pinfluence Discover application (app.pinfluencing.com)
- The Pinfluence Intel application (intel.pinfluencing.com)
- All Pinfluence memberships, including The Huddle and The Inner Huddle
- Any other products, courses, tools, or services offered under the Pinfluence brand (collectively, the “Services“)
By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Services.
1. Independence from Pinterest, Inc.
Pinfluence is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc. We are an independent business. Pinterest® is a registered trademark of Pinterest, Inc., and is used here only for descriptive and nominative-fair-use purposes. We do not represent Pinterest, Inc., and Pinterest, Inc. does not represent us.
1.1 Independence of operations
Pinfluencing.com operates Pinfluence Discover as a public-data indexing service. Pinfluence’s data collection operations are operationally separate from any Pinterest® user account that may be held by Pinfluence personnel for unrelated purposes. No Pinterest® user account is used in the collection, verification, augmentation, or operation of the Pinfluence Discover index, and no data flows from any Pinterest® user account into the Pinfluence Discover product corpus. Where Pinfluence personnel use Pinterest® personally as creators, that activity is conducted entirely separately from the Pinfluence Discover service and the Pinfluence Discover product corpus, and any such personal Pinterest® accounts are not used to support, supplement, verify, or augment any Pinfluence product or service.
Pinfluence Intel operates exclusively on data that you, the user, voluntarily upload from your own Pinterest® analytics exports. Pinfluence Intel does not access Pinterest® on your behalf, does not authenticate against Pinterest®, and does not pull data from any Pinterest® account.
2. Eligibility
To use the Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable law
- Provide accurate registration information and keep it current
If you’re using the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Your account
You’re responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that happens under your account, whether or not you authorized it
- Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you’ve violated these Terms, used the Services in a way that creates legal exposure or operational burden for us, or otherwise engaged in conduct we determine in our reasonable discretion is harmful to other users or to us.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals
4.1 Plan selection and pricing
Pinfluence offers tiered subscription plans. The current plans, prices, and entitlements are described on our Pricing page and incorporated into these Terms by reference. Prices may change for new customers at any time, but founding rates lock in for life as long as your subscription remains continuous (see Section 4.4).
4.2 Payment processing
All payments are processed through ThriveCart, which uses Stripe and/or PayPal as the underlying payment processor. Your payment information is collected and stored by these third-party processors, not by us. By completing a purchase, you authorize us (through ThriveCart) to charge your selected payment method for the amounts due.
4.3 Automatic renewal (California Automatic Renewal Law compliance)
Annual and monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current price.
For California residents, in accordance with the California Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17600 et seq.):
- We provide clear and conspicuous disclosure of the auto-renewal terms before you complete your purchase
- We send an acknowledgment email after each purchase confirming the subscription, the renewal date, and how to cancel
- We send a renewal reminder email between 15 and 45 days before each annual renewal
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing info@pinfluencing.com
4.4 Lifetime founding rate lock
If you join during a publicly announced founding pricing window, your founding rate is locked for the life of your continuous subscription. If you cancel and rejoin later, you’ll pay the then-current standard rate. We are not obligated to honor an old founding rate on a rejoined account.
4.5 Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, summarized here:
- Annual plans: 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase or renewal
- Monthly plans: No refund window. Cancel anytime to stop future billing.
- One-time digital products (mini-courses, template packs): 7-day refund window if unused
To request a refund, email info@pinfluencing.com within the applicable window.
4.6 Failed payments
If your payment method fails, we may retry the charge and notify you. If we can’t successfully process payment within a reasonable period, we may suspend or downgrade your account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Use the Services to violate the rights of any third party (including intellectual property rights)
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Services in ways that exceed what’s authorized by your subscription plan
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Pinfluence data, content, or features without our written permission
- Use the Services to harass, harm, or impersonate others
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or networks without prior written authorization
- Interfere with other users’ use of the Services
- Use the Services to create a competing product
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination, with no refund.
6. Service-specific terms
The Services include products with distinct functions. Service-specific terms apply in addition to these Master Terms:
- Pinfluence Discover Terms (governs the Discover keyword research application), Section 18 below
- Pinfluence Intel Terms (governs the Intel analytics preservation application), Section 19 below
In case of conflict between these Master Terms and a Service-specific term, the Service-specific term controls for that Service only.
7. Intellectual property
7.1 Our IP
Pinfluence, including all software, designs, mascots (Pinguino), brand marks, written content, course materials, templates, research, and proprietary data, is owned by Pinfluencing.com or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or business use, subject to these Terms.
You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or republish any Pinfluence content, courses, templates, or proprietary data without our written permission, except as expressly permitted by your subscription plan.
7.2 Your content
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Services (CSV files, account data, tracked lists, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Pinfluence a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, process, analyze, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
You also grant us a license to use anonymized and aggregated versions of your uploaded data for research, product improvement, and published research articles, provided that no individual user, account, or pin can be identified from the published research. See our Privacy Policy for more.
7.3 Third-party content
Pinterest and other third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Our use of these marks is descriptive and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
8. Pinterest data and public information
Pinfluence Discover aggregates publicly available Pinterest data through automated public-data collection. We do not access Pinterest user accounts, use Pinterest’s authorized API, or use any authenticated method to retrieve data. Our position on automated collection of publicly accessible web data is consistent with established legal precedent, including hiQ Labs, Inc. v. LinkedIn Corp., 9th Circuit (2019).
Pinfluence Intel relies on manual CSV uploads that users export from their own Pinterest analytics dashboards. Pinfluence Intel does not access Pinterest accounts directly, does not authenticate against Pinterest APIs, and does not collect data that Pinterest has not authorized the user to download.
If a Pinterest user or rightsholder has a concern about a specific piece of public-corpus data used by Pinfluence, contact us at info@pinfluencing.com. We will review and respond.
9. Affiliate program
If you participate in the Pinfluence Affiliate Program, you also agree to the rules at Affiliate Program. Affiliates are responsible for FTC-compliant disclosure of affiliate relationships on all promotional content.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or trade practice.
We do not guarantee specific results. Pinterest performance, traffic, revenue, or any other outcome depends on factors outside our control (Pinterest’s algorithm, your niche, content quality, competition, seasonality, market conditions). Results vary.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Services may be down for maintenance, updates, or causes outside our reasonable control.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinfluence’s total cumulative liability arising out of or related to your use of the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.
In no event will Pinfluence be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pinfluencing.com, its officers, members, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, or (d) any content you upload or submit.
13. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing info@pinfluencing.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if continued provision of the Services becomes impractical for us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution) will survive.
Upon termination:
- Your access to the paid Services ends immediately
- Your uploaded data is retained for 12 months after cancellation, then auto-deleted (you may request immediate deletion at any time)
- Stolen pin monitoring stops immediately
- MCP access tokens are revoked
14. Modifications to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify active subscribers by email and post the updated Terms with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
16. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Service-specific Terms, and any plan-level addenda) constitute the entire agreement between you and Pinfluence regarding the Services.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
- Assignment. You can’t assign these Terms without our written consent. We can assign these Terms to a successor entity or affiliate.
- Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
- Notices. Notices to us go to info@pinfluencing.com. Notices to you go to the email associated with your account.

18. Pinfluence Discover Terms
These Pinfluence Discover Terms (the “Discover Terms“) apply specifically to your use of the Pinfluence Discover application (hereafter “Discover“). The Discover Terms are in addition to, and incorporate by reference, the Master Terms above. In case of conflict between the Master Terms and the Discover Terms, the Discover Terms control for Discover only.
18.1 What Pinfluence Discover is
Pinfluence Discover is a Pinterest keyword research and rank tracking application. It surfaces public Pinterest data through:
- Searchable access to our internal 18M+ keyword corpus
- Top-pin discovery for any keyword
- Weekly automated domain rank tracking
- Pin annotation extraction (titles, descriptions, ML-derived patterns)
- MCP (Model Context Protocol) access to query Discover data through AI assistants
Discover does not access your Pinterest account, does not require Pinterest authentication, and does not use Pinterest’s official API.
18.2 Public Pinterest® data, collected without authentication
Pinfluence Discover aggregates publicly available Pinterest® data through automated collection of publicly accessible web pages (web scraping). The Pinfluence Discover data collection infrastructure operates without authentication. The infrastructure does not maintain Pinterest® user accounts, does not store or use Pinterest® user credentials, does not preserve Pinterest® session cookies or authentication tokens, and does not access any password-protected, account-gated, or otherwise non-public Pinterest® data.
All data collected by Pinfluence Discover is retrieved from publicly accessible Pinterest® URLs that any unauthenticated visitor to Pinterest®.com can access. We do not use Pinterest®’s business API, we do not use Pinterest®’s OAuth flow, and we do not access Pinterest® on behalf of any user.
Our automated collection of publicly accessible web data follows the legal framework established in hiQ Labs, Inc. v. LinkedIn Corp., 938 F.3d 985 (9th Cir. 2019), reaffirmed on remand at hiQ Labs, Inc. v. LinkedIn Corp., No. 17-16783 (9th Cir. Apr. 18, 2022). Public-corpus data we collect includes pin URLs, pin titles, pin descriptions, board names, keyword search results, and pin imagery URLs (we do not store the underlying images, only references).
18.3 What we store from public Pinterest data
- Keyword data: stored indefinitely
- Pin URLs, titles, descriptions, board names: stored indefinitely
- Pin imagery: NOT stored. Pin images displayed in Discover are embedded references to the original Pinterest URL.
- Perceptual hashes (pHashes) of pins: stored indefinitely (used cross-product for Pinfluence Intel’s stolen-pin detection)
- ML-derived annotations: stored indefinitely
18.4 What you create or upload
When you use Discover, you may create tracked keyword lists, tracked domains, saved searches and lists, pin tracking entries, and MCP API tokens. This user-created data belongs to you and is stored as long as your account is active. On cancellation, see Section 18.9.
18.5 Independence of operations
Pinfluencing.com operates Pinfluence Discover as a public-data indexing service. The Discover data collection operations are operationally and infrastructurally separate from any Pinterest® user account that may be held by Pinfluence personnel for unrelated purposes.
Specifically:
- No Pinterest® user account is used in the collection, verification, augmentation, or operation of the Discover index
- No data flows from any Pinterest® user account into the Discover product corpus
- The Discover crawl infrastructure runs on dedicated infrastructure that does not hold Pinterest® credentials and does not maintain authenticated Pinterest® sessions
- Where Pinfluence personnel use Pinterest® personally as creators on their own niche sites or businesses, that activity is conducted entirely separately from Pinfluence Discover, and personal Pinterest® accounts held by Pinfluence personnel are not used to support, supplement, verify, or augment any Pinfluence product or service
- Pinfluence does not employ, contract with, or otherwise engage individuals to perform Pinterest®-account-authenticated activity in support of the Discover index
18.6 Pinterest rights and your responsibilities
You acknowledge that:
- Pinterest content (pins, boards, account names) belongs to Pinterest’s users and Pinterest, Inc., not to Pinfluence
- Pinfluence’s display of public Pinterest content within Discover is for research and informational purposes
- You will not use Discover data to violate Pinterest’s rights, the rights of Pinterest users, or applicable copyright or intellectual property law
- You will not use Discover data to scrape, harvest, or otherwise re-collect Pinterest data in ways that exceed your authorized usage
If a Pinterest user or rightsholder objects to a specific piece of their public-corpus data appearing in Discover, contact us at info@pinfluencing.com. We will review and may remove the specific item from display while continuing our broader public-corpus collection.
18.7 MCP access
If your subscription includes MCP access:
- Starter tier (user-data scope): AI assistants you authorize can query your own Discover-stored data (tracked lists, saved searches, account info)
- Pro Bundle and higher (full database scope): AI assistants can query the full 18M+ keyword database in addition to user data
You’re responsible for the security of your MCP tokens. Treat them like passwords. We may rate-limit MCP queries to protect system stability; current rate limits are documented in your account dashboard.
18.8 Usage limits and overages
Your tier determines daily and per-period limits (searches, tracked keywords, tracked domains, MCP calls). Limits are described on the Pricing page and shown in your account dashboard.
If you exceed your limits, we may throttle your usage, prompt you to upgrade, or temporarily suspend specific features. We don’t charge overage fees without notice; upgrading is the path to higher limits.
18.9 Cancellation and data retention
When you cancel your Discover subscription:
- Your access to paid features ends at the end of your current billing period (annual) or immediately (monthly cancellation)
- Your account-specific data (tracked keywords, tracked domains, saved lists) is retained for 12 months after cancellation, then auto-deleted
- Your MCP tokens are revoked immediately
- The underlying Pinterest-public-corpus data we hold (keywords, pHashes, public-data records) is not user data and is retained indefinitely
You may request immediate deletion of your account-specific data at any time by emailing info@pinfluencing.com.
18.10 Service availability and limitations
Discover’s keyword data refreshes on a regular schedule. Weekly domain rank crawls run automatically per paid Discover account. We do not guarantee:
- Specific keyword data freshness or completeness
- Specific rank tracking accuracy
- That a keyword will be in the database
- Any specific Pinterest performance outcome
Pinterest changes its product, algorithms, and policies frequently. We adapt Discover as fast as we reasonably can. Some changes may temporarily affect data availability or accuracy.
18.11 Acceptable use within Discover
In addition to the acceptable use rules in the Master Terms (Section 5), you agree not to:
- Use automated scripts or browser extensions to circumvent Discover’s rate limits or UI
- Re-distribute Discover keyword data to third parties as a service (you may use it for your own business)
- Resell or sublicense Discover access
- Use Discover to surveil specific Pinterest users in a way that violates Pinterest’s terms or applicable law
19. Pinfluence Intel Terms
These Pinfluence Intel Terms (the “Intel Terms“) apply specifically to your use of the Pinfluence Intel application (hereafter “Intel“). The Intel Terms are in addition to, and incorporate by reference, the Master Terms above. In case of conflict between the Master Terms and the Intel Terms, the Intel Terms control for Intel only.
19.1 What Pinfluence Intel is
Pinfluence Intel is a Pinterest analytics preservation and stolen-pin monitoring application. Intel:
- Preserves the historical Pinterest analytics data you upload, indefinitely while your account is active
- Generates trend lines, year-over-year comparisons, and seasonal pattern reports from your uploaded data
- Monitors your top pins for stolen-image matches across the public Pinterest corpus
- Surfaces keyword insights from your own account data cross-referenced with our broader public-corpus dataset
- Provides MCP (Model Context Protocol) access for AI assistants to query your Intel data
Intel does not access your Pinterest account directly, does not authenticate against Pinterest APIs, and does not use any browser extension to extract analytics from Pinterest.
19.2 Manual CSV upload only, user-controlled
Pinfluence Intel ingests Pinterest®-derived data exclusively through manual CSV upload performed by you. You log into your own Pinterest® account, you use Pinterest®’s native analytics export feature, you download the CSV file to your own device, and you choose what (if anything) to upload to Intel. Intel never authenticates against Pinterest®, never holds your Pinterest® credentials, and never initiates a connection to Pinterest® on your behalf.
Pinfluence Intel does not:
- Use Pinterest®’s API
- Authenticate against Pinterest® on your behalf
- Hold, store, or process your Pinterest® credentials
- Use a browser extension, browser automation, or any other technical means to extract analytics from your Pinterest® dashboard
- Bypass Pinterest®’s authentication in any way
You are the sole party that interacts with Pinterest® on an authenticated basis. You control what data leaves your Pinterest® account, and you control what (if anything) you upload to Intel. By uploading a CSV, you represent that the data is from your own Pinterest® account or from an account you are authorized to manage and that you have the right to export and store the data outside Pinterest®.
19.2.1 Independence of operations
Pinfluence Intel’s role with respect to Pinterest® is limited to receiving, parsing, storing, and analyzing data that you have uploaded. Pinfluence does not access Pinterest® in connection with the Intel service. Where Pinfluence personnel hold personal Pinterest® accounts for their own creator activity, those accounts are not used in the operation of Intel and are not used to supplement, verify, or augment any Intel customer’s data set.
What we do with your uploaded CSVs. When you upload a CSV, Intel parses the data (pin URLs, board names, impressions, clicks, saves, dates, and other fields Pinterest includes in the export), stores the parsed data linked to your Intel account, layers new uploads on top of existing uploads to build cumulative history, and generates trend lines, comparisons, and insights from the stored data.
Your uploaded CSV files and the parsed data derived from them are stored as long as your account is active. On cancellation, see Section 19.6.
19.3 Stolen pin detection
How it works. Intel’s stolen pin detection feature uses perceptual image hashing (pHash) to identify pins on the public Pinterest corpus that are visual matches for your own pins.
- Pinfluence Discover crawls public Pinterest data and generates a perceptual hash for each pin encountered
- These hashes are stored in our shared cross-product database
- Intel compares the hashes of your CSV-uploaded pin URLs against the hash database
- Matches are surfaced to you in your Intel dashboard
What “stolen” means in Intel. Intel flags pins as potential matches based on visual similarity. A flagged pin may be a true unauthorized copy of your pin, a legitimate repin or share that retains your image, a coincidental visual similarity, or a pin you yourself created on a secondary account.
Intel does not determine ownership or infringement. You are responsible for reviewing flagged matches, determining whether they constitute actual infringement, and pursuing any takedown or other remedies through Pinterest or through your own legal channels.
What we store. For stolen pin detection, we store perceptual hashes of public-corpus pins (indefinitely, as public-data-derived), references to your uploaded pin URLs (linked to your account), and match records (linking a public-corpus pin to one of your pins). We do not store the underlying pin images. Images shown in your Intel dashboard are embedded references to the original Pinterest URLs.
If your account is cancelled, automatic stolen pin monitoring stops immediately. Your account-specific match records are retained for 12 months after cancellation (see Section 19.6) and then deleted. The underlying public-corpus pHash database is not user data and is retained indefinitely.
19.4 Keyword Insights
Intel’s Keyword Insights feature analyzes a seed keyword (typically one you are already ranking for or have uploaded data about) and surfaces:
- Related keyword pivots from the public Pinterest keyword corpus
- Engagement signals derived from your own uploaded analytics
- Patterns extracted from top-performing pins for related keywords
All Keyword Insights processing runs on Pinfluence servers. We do not send your data to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, or others) as part of Keyword Insights generation. Insights are computational, not generative.
Your tier determines how many Keyword Insights you can run per month. Limits are described on the Pricing page and shown in your account dashboard.
19.5 MCP access
If your subscription includes MCP access:
- Starter tier (user-data scope): AI assistants you authorize can query your own Intel-stored data (your uploaded CSVs, your tracked pins, your Keyword Insight history)
- Pro Bundle and higher (full database scope): AI assistants can query the full public Pinterest keyword corpus in addition to your own Intel data
You’re responsible for the security of your MCP tokens. Treat them like passwords. We may rate-limit MCP queries to protect system stability; current rate limits are documented in your account dashboard.
19.6 Cancellation and data retention
When you cancel your Intel subscription:
- Your access to paid features ends at the end of your current billing period (annual) or immediately (monthly cancellation)
- Your uploaded CSV files and parsed analytics data are retained for 12 months after cancellation, then auto-deleted. This retention period gives you the ability to reactivate without data loss within a reasonable window.
- Your tracked pins, saved Keyword Insights, and account-specific stolen-pin match records are retained for 12 months after cancellation, then auto-deleted
- Automatic stolen pin monitoring stops immediately on cancellation
- Your MCP tokens are revoked immediately
- Public-corpus pHashes and keyword data, which are not user data, are retained indefinitely
You may request immediate deletion of your account-specific data at any time by emailing info@pinfluencing.com.
19.7 Anonymized and aggregated research
We reserve the right to use anonymized and aggregated data derived from user-uploaded CSVs to publish Pinterest research, identify patterns, and improve our products. Anonymized means individual users, accounts, pins, and account-identifying details cannot be determined from any published research.
We do not sell, share, or publish any identifiable user data. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
19.8 Pinterest rights
You acknowledge that Pinterest analytics data, while available for download by the account holder, may be subject to Pinterest’s own Terms of Service; you are responsible for confirming that your download and upload of Pinterest analytics data to a third-party tool (Intel) is permitted under your relationship with Pinterest; and Pinfluence does not represent or warrant that Intel’s use is approved by Pinterest, Inc.
Pinfluence Intel is an independent service. Use of Intel does not create any relationship between you and Pinterest, Inc.
19.9 Service availability and limitations
Intel processes CSV uploads on a regular schedule. Stolen pin monitoring runs as part of the Discover crawl pipeline. We do not guarantee a specific match detection rate, that a flagged match is actually a stolen pin, a specific Keyword Insight result or recommendation outcome, or uninterrupted availability of the Intel application.
CSV upload format compatibility depends on Pinterest’s current export format. If Pinterest changes its export format, Intel may temporarily be unable to parse new uploads until we update the parser.
19.10 Acceptable use within Intel
In addition to the acceptable use rules in the Master Terms (Section 5), you agree not to:
- Upload CSVs for Pinterest accounts you do not own or have authorization to manage
- Use Intel to harvest, scrape, or otherwise re-collect Pinterest data in volume
- Use Intel to surveil specific Pinterest users in a way that violates Pinterest’s terms or applicable law
- Use Intel to defame, harass, or target individual Pinterest users
- Resell or sublicense Intel access
