We want you to be happy with Pinfluence. If you’re not, here’s how refunds work.

Annual subscriptions: 30-day money-back guarantee

If you purchase an annual subscription to any Pinfluence product (Discover Starter, Intel Starter, Pro Bundle, The Huddle, The Inner Huddle), you have 30 days from the purchase date or renewal date to request a full refund.

  • No questions asked
  • No special process beyond emailing us
  • Email info@pinfluencing.com with the subject line “Refund request” and the email address you used to purchase
  • We process refunds within 5 business days

After the 30-day window, your subscription is non-refundable for the current term. You can still cancel to prevent future renewal.

Monthly subscriptions: cancel anytime, no refund window

Monthly subscriptions to Discover Starter, Intel Starter, and Pro Bundle don’t have a refund window. You can cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing info@pinfluencing.com.

When you cancel:

  • No further charges
  • Your access continues through the end of your current billing period
  • Partial-month refunds are not provided

One-time digital products: 7-day window if unused

For one-time digital purchases (individual mini-courses, template packs, custom audits, order bumps):

  • You have 7 days from the purchase date to request a refund
  • The product must be substantially unused (we’ll check access logs, download records, or course progress)
  • After 7 days or after substantial use, the purchase is non-refundable

To request, email info@pinfluencing.com with “Digital refund” in the subject and the email address used to purchase.

What “substantially unused” means

For mini-courses and digital products, “unused” means you haven’t progressed substantially through the content. As a rough guide:

  • Less than 25% of course modules accessed = generally refundable
  • More than 25% of course modules accessed = generally not refundable
  • Downloaded template packs after 7 days = not refundable

We use reasonable judgment. If your situation is unusual, tell us and we’ll do our best to be fair.

Refunds for The Inner Huddle

The Inner Huddle is annual only and includes the quarterly audit benefits, smaller-cohort calls, and the seat reservation against our 30-member permanent cap.

  • 30-day money-back guarantee applies, same as other annual plans
  • If you request a refund within 30 days, your seat is released and goes to the next person on the waitlist (if any)
  • If you cancel after the 30-day window, your seat opens at the end of your term. If you want to rejoin later, you pay the then-current standard rate, not your old founding rate

Refunds for The Huddle

  • 30-day money-back guarantee applies, same as other annual plans
  • After the 30-day window, your annual term is non-refundable, but you can choose not to renew
  • If you don’t renew, you keep access through the end of your paid term

What’s NOT refundable

  • Affiliate commissions you’ve earned but haven’t yet been paid out (these are processed separately under the Affiliate Program rules)
  • Subscriptions cancelled after the applicable refund window
  • Subscription periods you have already used (no proration for unused remainder)
  • Time-limited promotional purchases marked “final sale” or “non-refundable” at purchase

How to request a refund

Email info@pinfluencing.com with:

  • Subject: “Refund request”
  • The email address you used to purchase
  • Approximate purchase date
  • Which product or subscription
  • (Optional) A brief reason, which helps us improve

We respond within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal, via ThriveCart).

Chargebacks

If you have a billing dispute, please contact us first. We resolve almost every issue through email within 1-2 business days. Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending resolution.

California Automatic Renewal Law

For California residents, you can cancel an auto-renewing subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing info@pinfluencing.com. Renewal reminder emails are sent 15-45 days before each annual renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund outside the policies above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply prospectively (to new purchases and renewals made after the update). Existing refund windows are governed by the policy in effect at the time of your purchase.
