These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pinner Creations website and any services, products, content, or features offered by Pinner Creations (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or purchasing/using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1) Eligibility

2) Services
Pinner Creations provides Pinterest management-related services, which may include (depending on the plan you choose) strategy support, pin design, optimization, scheduling, account management activities, and related consulting.
The details of what is included in your plan or service are described on the relevant sales page, checkout page, invoice, proposal, or written agreement. If there is a conflict, the written agreement or invoice terms will control.
3) Client Responsibilities
To deliver services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your business and goals
- Provide timely access to required accounts/tools (such as Pinterest, scheduling tools, brand assets, or website access) if applicable
- Respond to requests for approvals or information within a reasonable time
- Ensure you have the rights to any content, images, and brand assets you provide
- Follow platform policies and applicable laws in your content and marketing practices
Delays in providing access, assets, or feedback may delay service delivery.
4) Communication
You may contact us at info@PinnerCreations.com. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 1–2 business days, but response times are not guaranteed.
5) Consultations
If we offer a free 15-minute consultation, it is intended as a brief informational conversation. It does not create a client relationship or guarantee acceptance into services.
6) Payments, Billing, and Taxes
You agree to pay all fees associated with the plan or service you purchase. Fees, billing frequency, setup fees (if applicable), and any minimum terms are presented at checkout or in writing.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or similar governmental assessments related to your purchase, unless otherwise stated.
7) No Refund Policy and Cancellations
Because our services involve time, creative work, and reserved capacity, purchases are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in writing.
If your plan is recurring, you may cancel future billing according to the cancellation terms shown at checkout or in your written agreement. Any work completed or in progress prior to cancellation remains billable and non-refundable.

8) Scheduling, Deliverables, and Revisions
We will provide deliverables and timelines based on the plan purchased and our current workload. Estimated timelines are not guarantees.
If design or content revisions are included, they will be limited to the scope described in your plan or written agreement. Requests outside scope may require an additional fee.
9) Results Disclaimer
Pinterest performance depends on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to algorithm changes, niche competition, seasonality, your website quality, your offers, and the content you publish.
We do not guarantee specific results (such as traffic numbers, income, rankings, followers, or conversions). We aim to apply best practices and professional judgment, but outcomes will vary.
10) Intellectual Property
Our materials
Unless otherwise stated, we retain ownership of our processes, templates, systems, and any pre-existing materials we use to deliver services.
Client deliverables
Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the final deliverables we create for you for your business. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our underlying templates or systems unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Your materials
You retain ownership of the brand assets and content you provide to us. You represent that you have the rights to use and share them.
11) Confidentiality
We may receive non-public information about your business. We will take reasonable steps to keep confidential information private and use it only to provide services, except when disclosure is required by law.
12) Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Our services may involve third-party tools and platforms (for example, Pinterest, scheduling tools, design tools, analytics tools, hosting platforms, or payment processors). Your use of those tools is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or actions taken by third-party platforms.
13) Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our website or services:
- For unlawful purposes
- To infringe intellectual property rights
- To distribute malware, spam, or harmful code
- To harass, abuse, or harm others
- To attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- To misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with others

14) Termination

- You fail to pay fees when due

- We determine, in our reasonable discretion, that continuing the relationship is not feasible
Termination does not remove your obligation to pay for services already performed or fees already due.
15) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinner Creations will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim related to the website or services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months prior to the event, or the minimum amount permitted by law, whichever is greater.
16) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pinner Creations from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the website/services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
17) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our business’s operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
18) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
